Barcelona who signed Raphinha on Monday, have now also reached an agreement with a contender for the right wing position who is Ousmane Dembele.

Dembele as always has renewed his contract with Barcelona for an extra 2 years. Barcelona have cheated Chelsea by snatching both Raphinha and Dembele from them.

Dembele and Raphinha both play in the same position of right wing forward. It is Xavi Hernandez duty as the coach to pick who will play better in that position and take the other to the left wing.

Xavi Hernandez persuaded the signing of Raphinha. Xavi told Barcelona sporting board that he as a person would prefer Raphinha in that position. Xavi even complained of Dembele’s attitude.

Dembele became lazy at some point when he failed to turn up in trainings. Xavi also gave Barcelona the green light to sell him in the past, but Barcelona and Dembele have successfully reached an agreement on a 2 year deal which will run until 2024.
