Robert Lewandowski named Fifa’s best player of the year

Polish and Bayern Munich striker Robert Lewandowski has been named Fifa best player of the year 2021.

Lewandowski who has been in fine form as he was the highest goalscorer in Europe’s top 5 league beat off PSG’s Lionel Messi and Liverpool’s attacker Mohammed Salah.

The Polish National team captain has now won Fifa’s biggest individual award two times in a row.
