Barcelona have indeed lost a star in Frenkie De Jong. Some reports have even claimed that Frenkie De Jong went to Manchester United against his wish. Barcelona have even confirmed that. Their reason for selling was because they need the money.

Barcelona will now have to bother about who will replace Frenkie De Jong. The Midfield of Barcelona without Frenkie De Jong would feature Pedri, Gavi and Sergio Busquets or Franck Kessie. An option is to sign Bernardo Silva from Manchester City who worths the same thing as Frenkie De Jong.
